Letter of Invitation

The Conference Secretariat in Zagreb will be pleased to send an official letter of invitation upon request. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential attendees raise travel funds or obtain visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee to provide any financial support.

Official Language

The official language of the Conference is English.

Commercial Exhibition

A commercial exhibition will be arranged at the Conference venue. This will be an integral feature of the event and will give Companies an ideal opportunity to display their products and services. Please contact the Conference Secretariat in Zagreb for exhibition enquiries.

The climate along Dubrovnik Region is a typical Mediterranean one, with mild, rainy winters and hot, dry summers.

Air and sea temperature in Dubrovnik region during September is warm enough for swimming.
