Technical Programme
The Scientific Committee has made an abstract selection and has invited the authors to submit full papers. The technical programme will include keynote lectures, paper presentation and discussion over the three days.
The Symposium Proceedings shall be distributed to the participants at the beginning of the Symposium both as a printed volume as well as on CD-ROM, as accepted by the Scientific Committee. Eminent experts have accepted to deliver Keynote Lectures.

They are also very important in protecting people living in coastal areas from natural hazards. Design and construction of bridges, tunnels, harbors and similar structures will be dealt with in papers covering this topic.

Energy production plays a key role in modern life. Structures like dams, wind power plants and other are connected with energy production facilities in which concrete structures are of vital importance. Design and construction of energy production facilities will be dealt with in this section.
