All delegates and their accompanying persons are invited to the Welcome Reception.
Symposium Gala-Dinner: Tuesday, May 22, 2007, 20.00h
Tickets are included in registration fee. Delegates and their accompanying persons will have the opportunity to enjoy famous Croatian cuisine and fine wines.
Name badges
Name badges will be given to all the delegates on registration. It is required that all delegates wear their badge at all times including social events. Entry tickets will be provided for all social and optional events.
Letter of Invitation
The Symposium Secretariat in Zagreb will be pleased to send an official letter of invitation upon request. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential attendees raise travel funds or obtain visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee to provide any financial support.
Official Language
The official language of the Symposium is English.
Commercial Exhibition
A commercial exhibition will be arranged at the Symposium venue. This will be an integral feature of the event and will give Companies an ideal opportunity to display their products and services. Please contact the Symposium Secretariat in Zagreb for exhibition enquiries.

The climate along Dubrovnik Region is a typical Mediterranean one, with mild, rainy winters and hot, dry summers.
